Buying & licensing
- What exactly do I get when I buy a product?
- The complete source code, a perpetual license, and the documentation. No black boxes and no per-seat fees, it's yours to read, modify, and run.
- What's the difference between single-domain and agency licenses?
- Single-domain lets you run the product on one domain for your own business. The agency license lets you deploy it on unlimited domains, rebrand it, and resell deployments to your clients.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. A license is a one-time purchase and is perpetual. Optional support plans are the only recurring charge, and you can cancel them anytime.
Deployment
- What do I need to run it myself?
- Each product ships with Docker and one-command setup. You'll need a host (Node 20+) plus the services listed on the product page, usually a PostgreSQL database. The product's docs walk through every step.
- What if I'm not technical?
- Choose the done-for-you launch and we deploy, brand, and configure everything, then hand you a live URL. You own it; we set it up.
- Where can I host it?
- Anywhere that runs Node or Docker, your own cloud, a VPS, or your laptop. Your data stays on your infrastructure.
Services & support
- Do you offer ongoing support?
- Yes, optional monthly plans keep your product patched, monitored, and online, up to fully managed hosting with an SLA. See the support page for tiers.
- Can you build custom features?
- We do paid UI changes, new features, and integrations on top of a product you own, quoted per project. Start an inquiry on the custom work page.
Billing & refunds
- How does payment work?
- Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can add the done-for-you launch as an option before you pay.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because you receive the full source immediately, sales are generally final, but we offer a good-faith window if a product isn't as described. See the refund policy for details.
