- What does support cover?
- Optional monthly support plans keep your product patched, monitored, and online, from security updates and uptime monitoring up to fully managed hosting with an SLA. You can cancel anytime.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because you get the full source code immediately, sales are generally final. If something isn’t as described, contact us within the window in our refund policy and we’ll make it right.
- Single-domain or agency, which do I need?
- Running it for one business? Single-domain. Deploying it for multiple clients, or rebranding and reselling it? You need the agency license.
