The single-domain license is $399 and covers one deployment. The Agency license is $1,999 and covers unlimited domains, which is what makes per-client instances practical.
Can we deploy a separate instance for each client?+
Yes. Under the Agency license you can self-host an instance per client domain, each with its own data, and configure it to that client's workflow.
Do we pay more as we add account managers?+
No. There is no per-seat charge, so cycling freelancers and new hires through projects never increases the cost.
Can we white-label or charge a client to host it for them?+
You own the source under the Agency license, so you can brand deployments and build a managed-hosting offering around them. We do not charge per client instance.
